The proposed scheme of GLOBAL GENERAL AND REINSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED and the proposed scheme of GLOBALE RÜCKVERSICHERUNGS-AG have been sanctioned. The Effective Date is 10 December 2008. The Final Claims Submission Deadline is midday (London time) on 8 June 2009. The Scheme of GLOBAL GENERAL AND REINSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED terminated on 01 December 2009.
